About Me

I am an experienced psychologist who has worked in various different settings, including community-based organisations, schools, vocational rehabilitation centres, and private practice. I have also completed a post-graduate qualification in Social Health and Counselling at Macquarie University.

I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and the elderly and have a particular interest in working with clients who present with depression, anxiety issues, stress, and complex trauma.

I am a mother of two children, an 18-year-old and a 24-year-old. I understand the challenges of juggling home and work life. When not at work I enjoy mountain biking, bush walking, reading, travelling, spending time with family and friends, and attending church.
